- Program format can be adjusted to fit the needs of your school/site; the above schedule is simply an example.
- The VanGo! can comfortably accommodate 15-20 students per group – please keep this in mind when scheduling individual class visits on the bus. Larger classes may be instructed to split into two separate groups. Contact us with any questions.
- The assembly program includes a PowerPoint presentation that provides background material and museum etiquette information critical for a successful visit.
- For the assembly, the presenter will need the following: a microphone, screen, large darkened room, and an AV cart or table for presentation equipment.
- The VanGo! bus is wheel chair accessible; please indicate on completed schedule which groups require special access.
- An educator manual can be downloaded from our site and copied for each participating teacher.
