VanGo! Scheduling/Fee Structure
The VanGo! Museum on Wheels program is an exciting and innovative educational outreach program that brings original artworks to your school/organization.Scheduling a VanGo! visit is easy! To reserve a date, please contact:

Fee Schedule...
In order to more equitably distribute the costs associated with VanGo! program travel, the following pricing structure is implemented for the VanGo! program effective August 1, 2007.
One day visit- base cost: $550
(up to 8 hours) – NEW Lower Base cost!
Lower overall cost for visits within a 35-mile radius of SAM
Second day visit- base cost: $495
(each day within SAME school district following first day)
Travel charge - $2.00 per mile
(The travel charge will be added to all VanGo!
visits)
In order to calculate travel/mileage charges, we will use the Museum’s 301 Market Street location and www.mapquest.com as a guide. All charges will be itemized on the invoice sent out with VanGo! contract information after a visit is scheduled.
No deposit is required at booking. The full amount is due to the Susquehanna Art Museum two weeks prior to a scheduled visit.
** Save $100 on any one-day visit scheduled for the months of September or February

Once you have scheduled your VanGo! visit: Mail, or fax completed contract no later than two weeks prior to a scheduled visit; include the following items:
